Refund Policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026. This Policy applies to paid Socketfieldbase enrollments confirmed by invoice or enrollment agreement. This website does not process payments directly.

Refund eligibility

You may request a refund if you cancel a cohort seat before the published start date and within the timeframe below, or if Socketfieldbase cancels a program and cannot offer a suitable transfer.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must be received in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the cohort start date. Requests inside fourteen days are evaluated for partial credit only.

Full or partial refunds

Cancellations fourteen or more days before start: 100% of tuition paid for that seat, minus non-refundable reservation fees if listed on your invoice. Cancellations between thirteen and three days before start: up to 50% refund or transfer to a later cohort. Within three days of start or after materials unlock: no cash refund; transfer may be offered at our discretion.

Non-refundable items

Third-party venue fees for on-site briefings, completed one-to-one coaching hours, and downloadable Field Trace materials after access is granted are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@socketfieldbase.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state the eligible amount.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days.

Cancellation by Socketfieldbase

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future date at no extra tuition for the same tier.

Exceptions

Documented medical or government-travel emergencies may qualify for expanded transfer rights. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may suspend future enrollment eligibility while we investigate.
